Swallows Nest is a luxury self catering conversion with a more contemporary feel. This conversion sleeps 3, in one double room and a single bedroom. It is situated across from the owner’s residence and has reversed level accommodation. Swallows Nest would be suited to the smaller family, or couples that are seeking a romantic break in a lovely part of the Cornish countryside.
Swallows Nest is accessed via a few steps. The property is entered via a stable door, which leads onto the staircase landing. Proceeding upstairs to the open plan living area. The lounge area has ample room and seating, with wood burner and flat screen TV, free view and a DVD player. The adjoining kitchen is separated via a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher and all other modern appliances.
Downstairs are the two bedrooms and family bathroom. One being a double and the other a single. The bathroom comprises of toilet, basin and bath with shower over.
Electricity and full oil-fired central heating are provided free of charge. Also provided are duvets, towels. At cost, logs for wood-burner (first basket free) thereafter pay owner. Outside access to shared laundry/drying-room with two washing machines and a tumble-drier.
Parking for 1 car, although more can be made available.
Short breaks available. Regret no smoking or pets are allowed in any of our properties Arr/dep Friday. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
