Brambles is a luxury holiday cottage with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams throughout the main accommodation. It has been newly renovated and is set across the courtyard from the owners' house, with its own seating area. All accommodation is on one level (kitchen and bathroom accessed via one step). This property has one double bedroom along with a twin room, a family bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious sitting-room with dining area. It also has a wood-burner and French doors which lead out to the seating area.
Sleeps up to four in two bedrooms. Entrance hallway leads off into all rooms. Lounge area with oak beamed ceilings, wood burner, digital TV and DVD player. The kitchen is accessed via one step into fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also the bathroom is accessed via one step. Both bedrooms have exposed oak beams and digital TV, one being a twin and one a double.
Electricity and full oil-fired central heating are provided free of charge. Also provided are duvets, towels. travel-cot and high chair. At cost, logs for wood-burner (first basket free) thereafter pay owner. Outside access to shared laundry/drying-room with two washing machines and a tumble-drier.
Parking for 1 car, although more can be made available. Garden furniture and barbecue.
Short breaks available. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Arr/dep Saturday. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
